VisionFlow AI operates spatial computing software, AI voice liaisons ("Vision"), and social autopilot publishing integrations for smart glasses, web PWAs, and mobile devices. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your information when using our application and Meta Platform integrations.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide hands-free HUD updates, voice copilot services, and social media scheduling features:

Account Information: Name, email address, password hash, and subscription tier preferences.
Connected Third-Party Accounts (Meta Platform): When you connect Facebook Pages or Instagram Professional accounts via Facebook Login, we access basic public profile data, Page access tokens, Page insights metrics (post reach, engagement), and authorization to publish user-initiated posts.
Voice & Visual Sensor Telemetry: Voice commands issued to "Vision", camera frame processing for spatial HUD reticle overlays, and device diagnostic data processed locally or via encrypted cloud APIs.

2. How We Use Your Information

To render real-time notifications and telemetry on Smart Glasses HUD displays.
To execute authorized social media content publishing across Facebook Pages and Instagram.
To analyze audience engagement metrics requested directly by the user.
To maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) for paid workspace tiers.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is shared strictly with infrastructure providers necessary to deliver our services (e.g., MongoDB Cloud storage, Render hosting) and integrated APIs (Meta Graph API, ElevenLabs Voice API) only when authorized by you.

4. Data Protection & Security

All authentication tokens (including Facebook OAuth Page Tokens) are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption and transmitted securely via TLS 1.3 encryption. OAuth state tokens use automatic TTL expiration.

5. User Data Deletion Instructions

VisionFlow AI respects your right to delete your personal data and revoke third-party authorizations at any time.

Option A: Automated Meta Data Deletion Callback

If you remove VisionFlow AI from your Facebook account via your Facebook Settings & Privacy -> Apps and Websites, Meta will send an automated Data Deletion Callback to our endpoint. We immediately revoke and delete all stored Page access tokens and linked account metadata for your Facebook user ID.

Option B: Manual In-App Deletion Request

You can also request full account and data deletion at any time by sending an email to support@myvisionflow.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". All account records, tokens, and telemetry logs will be permanently purged within 30 days.
