By accessing or using the VisionFlow AI application, web apps (myvisionflow.com, myvisionflow.app), or associated smart glasses HUD integrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use our services.
VisionFlow AI provides spatial computing software, real-time head-up display (HUD) notifications, AI voice copilot tools, and marketing autopilot publishing features across 7 networks, including Facebook and Instagram via official Meta APIs.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for all paid workspace tiers.
You agree not to use VisionFlow AI to post illegal, infringing, deceptive, or spam content. When utilizing automated publishing integrations (such as Facebook Page Autopilot), you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and compliance of content published to your connected channels.
All software, proprietary algorithms, HUD reticle designs, trademarks, and branding are the property of MJH Creative Solutions LLC. You retain ownership of all content and assets you upload to or process through VisionFlow AI.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms or engages in unauthorized API usage. We strive for 99.9% uptime but provide services on an "as is" basis.
